If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it in any condition — opened or unopened, used or unused — within the guarantee period stated at checkout and in our Terms & Conditions to request a full refund of the purchase price.

How to request a refund

Refund timing

Once approved, your refund is credited back to your original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by contacting customer service; cancellation stops all future charges. Refunds for a shipped subscription order follow the same policy above.
